Refund Policy

General Policy

Urban Elite ETC Private Limited provides a range of services including import & export, Chinese furniture sourcing, real estate services, PG accommodation, and event solutions.

Our services are planned and executed with coordination, time, cost, and third-party involvement. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are handled case-by-case, based on service progress and commitments already made.

Service-Based Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service at the time of cancellation:

  • Service not yet initiated
  • Initial consultation / planning completed
  • Work in progress / Vendor arrangements made
  • Service completed / Delivered
Refund Eligibility
  • Eligible for full refund
  • Partial refund, deducting service planning charges
  • Refund not available for costs already committed
  • No refunds applicable

PG Accommodation Services

For PG accommodation bookings:

  • Advance / Booking Fees are non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made before check-in, refund may be considered only after deducting administrative and hold charges.
  • After check-in, no refunds will be provided.

Event Services

For event management services (sound systems, bouncers, setups, etc.):

  • 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.
  • If canceled 7 days before the event: 30% of the advance may be refunded.
  • If canceled within 7 days of the event: No refund will be provided, as arrangements and vendor scheduling would have already begun.

Import & Export / Furniture Sourcing

Once an order is placed and sourcing has begun:

  • Payments made to suppliers, logistics partners, or agents cannot be refunded.
  • Only the remaining unused amount, if any, may be refunded after documentation.

Real Estate Services

For property transactions or brokerage:

  • Service fees, inspection fees, and consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Any advance payment made towards property booking follows the respective property owner's / developer’s policy, not Urban Elite’s.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within: 7–14 business days

Refund may be issued via:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer
  • Original mode of payment (where possible)

No Refund in Case of:

  • Client providing incorrect information
  • Change of personal preference after work begins
  • Service refusal due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Delay caused by third-party vendors, government approvals, or unavoidable circumstances
